The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the package, i.e. the order quantity. Please remove this at checkout.

Orders within Germany are shipped free of charge from an order value of EUR 50.00.

You generally have the right to return items to us within 14 days (from the day of delivery).

The submission deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please note that a copy of the invoice or a delivery note must always be available. You will then receive confirmation of the successful return directly from our shipping center
