Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you still wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Submit a declaration of revocation
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, fill out the online withdrawal form here . Please note that a return without a timely completed Cancellation form cannot be accepted.
2. Prepare return
After submitting the cancellation notice, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Please note:
- Return the goods in unused & re-saleable condition, safely and well packaged in the original packaging.
- Include all original labels and accessories.
- Please enclose the invoice or delivery note so that we can identify the return.
2.1 Exchange for another size, color or model
If you do not want a refund but would like to exchange the goods for a different size, color or product model, please proceed as follows:
- Include an invoice or delivery note with a reference to your desired exchange with the delivery. If you do not have any of these documents, you can write us a short email to widerruf@shield-germany.de to receive them.
3. Create a return label
Click on the country from which you want to send your return to create a label:

5. Get a refund
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that we may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods.
Important instructions
- Returns without prior cancellation notice cannot be processed.
