Do I have to create a customer account to be able to shop?

No, you do not need a customer account to shop at SHIELD. We also offer orders without registering a customer account. To do this, click on "Continue without registration" in the registration form and follow the ordering process.

Is there a minimum order value?

In principle, there is no minimum order value for orders at SHIELD Germany.

How can I see my previous orders?

To view your previous orders, log in to with your e-mail address and your password. In the header under "Account" you will find an overview of all your previous orders.

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?

If you would like to check whether your order was placed correctly, you can see this in the order confirmation we sent by email. If you have set up a customer account, log in to with your email address and password and access your orders via the “Account” section. How quickly will my item be delivered?

We usually deliver items that are immediately available within 1-2 working days, otherwise please pay attention to the delivery time stated in the article.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs basically depend on the destination country and the weight of the package, i.e. the order quantity. Please find these at checkout.

We ship orders within Germany free of charge for orders over 50.00 euros.

Do you ship into foreign countries?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

How can I track my order online?

To check the delivery status of your order, access the shipping confirmation you received by email. For every package that is sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return goods? Who bears the costs?

If you don't like the item, you can of course send the item back to us. In this case, however, you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself.

We will cover the shipping costs if the item is defective within the scope of the guarantee. Please contact us at stating your invoice number.
