According to VPAM, the panel meets protection class BSW 3 and consists of 48 layers of PE 112GSM.

With ballistic protective vests, this protection class offers bulletproof protection up to caliber 9 mm Luger (DM 41)

The VPAM3 protection is guaranteed by soft ballistics and covers ballistic protection from level 1 to level 3. The VPAM3 is used particularly frequently in countries where the (9 mm Luger) is one of the most common handgun ammunition types.
